I by the hand of the Lord became a church member, and by His providence we all became Church members in 1883. I emigrated that year and by the hand of the Lord, we all were in Zion in about three years’ time, and emigrated from Aalborg conference Denmark.
For the Gospel’s sake we got located here in Spring City, San Pete County, Utah in 1886.
In few years we saw it was necessary for us to find a good place to make homes. As the head of the Church had urged the newcomers to go out and be independent, to work in to get a home of their own, I by the hand of the Lord went to Alberta, Canada in 1896, and a year later the whole family came to Canada in order to better our condition to make homes for us all and help to build up Zion.
We got located at a little town named Aetna, where we prospered and where our parents died. This in conclusion is the end of my father’s history.
